Sr Oracle Order Management Product Lead

Scope of Role:

The Oracle EBS (R12) IT Order Management Technical Lead is responsible for designing and developing solutions within the Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically in the Order Management and Order-to-Cash modules. As part of the Oracle Center of Excellence, this position will play a key role in future Oracle implementations across Regal Rexnord and deliver process improvements to the business. This role involves close collaboration with business subject matter experts and IT teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and application solutions. The candidate will develop and deliver effective solutions leveraging Oracle EBS and industry-standard best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver technical solutions for integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite and other applications.Evaluate, design, plan, configure, and deliver effective solutions within Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, and Configurator functional areas. Experience in Release Management and Incentive Compensation modules is a plus.Understand the end-to-end supply chain process.Support the overall system architecture, including various bolt-on applications, around the Order Management functional area.Lead the technical design for large transformational projects.Mentor other technical team members.Implement and roll out Oracle EBS (R12) Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping modules.Lead Oracle projects and support synergies around customer service organizations.Assist technical team members with data conversions related to Oracle Order Management during implementation.Lead CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions during Oracle implementations and effectively report to the leadership team.Analyze data and provide insights to business and IT stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.Lead simplification activities around Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing subject areas.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

At least 7+ years of experience with Oracle EBS (R12) Order Management, Oracle Advanced Pricing, Oracle Configurator, Oracle Quoting, and Shipping modules.Highly skilled in Oracle E-Business Suite's APIs, Open Interfaces structure, EBS data models, and building RICEW (Report, Interface, Conversion, Extension, Workflow) or CEMLI (Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration) objects.Proficient in tools like TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, Data Modeling tools, and Version Control tools.Experience in implementing EDI 850, 855, and 856 transaction types is preferred.Solid understanding of technical data flow in Oracle Order-to-Cash modules.Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Order forms, reports, XML Publisher, Unix shell scripting, Workflows, and Oracle form personalization.At least 7+ years of experience handling Conversion, Interfaces, AOL, Extensions, Upgrade, Business Events, OAF, Form personalization, and Web ADI.Strong expertise in Customers, Sales Orders, Price Lists, Modifiers, Salespersons, Catalog Cross-references, and Quotes conversions.Strong expertise in the data entities/APIs, Tables, Views, and Synonyms for Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Oracle Quoting.Strong expertise in integrating Oracle Order Management with other systems.At least 5+ years of experience leading conversion CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions.Experience as a Functional Lead for at least 3+ implementations of Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing.Proficient in Oracle AIM Methodologies and capable of delivering MD70 and CV55.Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.Demonstrated proficiency in communicating technical information to a non-technical audience.Acute attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced project environment.Ability to work closely and effectively with end-users.Proven capability to influence business teams by understanding requirements and describing standard Oracle business processes.Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
