This position reports to the Manager of Payroll and Benefits in El Segundo, CA, for functional leadership and locally to the Director of Human Resources in our Bengaluru . and oversee full-cycle payroll processing for India and the APAC region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely . with global accounting/payroll firms to ensure adherence to international payroll regulations and best ., analyze, and verify payroll reports and documents for accuracy; address discrepancies and process necessary adjustments before final payroll . and update data in Namely, ensuring precise payroll records, compensation details, and reporting and administer payroll-related benefits, including tax deductions, bonuses, incentives, and statutory . as a subject matter expert on payroll and HR-related compliance matters, providing guidance to HR teams and senior . compliance with local labor laws and company policies regarding payroll, taxation, and employee employee leave management, ensuring accurate payroll integration and compliance with company . onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper payroll setup for new hires and accurate termination payouts for departing . payroll-related reports..Facilitate payroll audits, employment verifications, and unemployment . with pension-related filings and queries, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal . with HR leadership to align payroll strategies with business objectives and drive process performance evaluation processes by ensuring payroll-related adjustments align with compensation changes.Provide administrative, operational, and strategic HR support to the Director of Human Resources as role requires a seasoned, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional with a strong expertise in payroll processes and the ability to lead HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Regards,TA Team
