Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.
Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.
Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job SummaryThis position will provide analytical and functional support in the governance of process management, project management, analytics, and value streams. This is an important role in the centralized performance improvement group responsible for setting policy and establishing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives throughout PSEG Long Island. This role will support the development and provide analytical support to the OSA’s Contract Managers projects and works across all initiatives to track cost efficiencies, risk reduction, and creation of headroom. Some project initiatives include, but are not limited to: cost management, performance efficiency, process development, regulatory compliance, and building governance models to support the company's core business results. This position will also support the governance and oversight of the balanced scorecard and Utility Benchmarking processes. They will interface personally with executive leadership, process owners, and management in support of the company’s scorecard/benchmarking and the strategic initiatives of PSEG Long Island. They will help foster the culture of Continuous Improvement by providing support for the development of training programs. The position will also assist in the development of Technical Manuals, numerous Procedures and Processes that cover all PSEG Long Island Business areas. Work as an integral team member of the Business Performance Excellence Team and help reach department goals.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Provide analytical and functional support in the governance of the Continuous Improvement program and related initiatives, analytics, relationships, benchmarking, diagnostics, and process adherence. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and Tableau data visualization files, etc. Create and develop project and process management initiatives, including reporting and dashboards through Sharepoint and Smartsheet Analyze operations data and make recommendations for improvement Supports programs to establish and maintain quality standards for existing processes and services, and develops programs to focus employees on quality improvement at all levels Supports policies, procedures, training standards, and metrics to monitor and improve significant process and/or operational metrics Coordinate project communication with impacted areas across the enterprise and partnered organizations Organize and facilitate project meetings Create and manage schedules and workflows for projects requiring reviewing, revising, developing new content, creating new graphics and/or correcting old versions, creating time-critical bulletins and printing/publishing both hard and soft copy. Streamline the production of documentation projects through all related departments. Track status of all Operation Manual projects and report Identify discrepancies and revision and development phases in processes, procedures, and manuals within the documents and drawings This position may require travel to various work locations throughout the services territory, a valid US drivers license with safe and satisfactory driving history is required.Job Specific Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years performing analytical work In lieu of degree 10 years of years of experience in the fields of Business, Statistics, Finance, IT, Regulatory, Compliance or a related discipline Demonstrated organization and high level of analytical and quantitative analysis skills.
