Own Your Future. Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Sr PM Production Compliance and DMSMS in Dayton, OH.
The prospective candidate will provide direct advisory and assistance support (A&AS) to U.S. Air Force customers in a U.S. Air Force Program Office. The customer Program Office provides planning and acquisition of cost-effective, long-term critical U.S. Air Force capabilities in an Integrated Product Team structure. The candidate will work side by side with customers and other A&AS contractors in the Program Office. Working with the customer, the candidate will also interface with major defense contractors who supply critical defense capabilities. The majority of the work will be performed in the customer work space. Some travel is expected. The candidate will typically work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently. Personnel in a Senior labor category may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Responsibilities:
• Provide broad flexible program management support to the customer with an emphasis on production compliance and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS)
Qualifications:
• No less than four (4) years experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment within the last five (5) years
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience and a Master’s degree; or a minimum of 15 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience and a Bachelor’s degree; or a minimum of 25 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience
• Five (5) of these years must have been in an acquisition program office on an ACAT I or ACAT II DoD acquisition program as either Program/Project Manager (PM), deputy PM, or Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead and must have occurred within two (2) years of selection for employment under this contract –
• Program management experience with the Earned Value Management System on one or more ACAT I and/or ACAT II acquisition programs
• Knowledge and experience in modern manufacturing processes, quality control systems, measurement and test equipment, acceptance test plans (ATPs), and training on an ACAT I or equivalent development program to include:
o Tracking and control methods
o Assisting program offices with evaluating delivered articles to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, technical data, interface control documents and other contractual requirements
o Knowledge of DMSMS management processes to identify issues resulting from obsolescence, loss of manufacturing sources, or material shortages to assess and mitigate the potential for negative impacts to manufacturing schedules
o Level II Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) certification
