Sr PM Vendor Account Mgmt., Pan-EU
This position can be based in LONDON, MUNICH, PARIS, MADRID, LUXEMBOURG, MILAN.

The EU Retail Efficiency and Employee Experience (RE-EX) Team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager role to own the definition and execution of the roadmap of automation to change the way we help Retail people team manage the vendor relationship. The aim is to streamline and empower Retail teams to streamline the interactions with vendors, and how we facilitate the management of the task across the different retail teams. The role will build and deliver the vision, and the Tech roadmap, aligning the stakeholders from both Retail and Tech teams, on how we step change the User Experience, and drive overall efficiencies.
This is a complex role with EU wide responsibility over Process improvement, Automation, across all activities of Retail teams, and across a diverse set of Tech environment, specifically Salesforce but also other internal tools.
The ideal candidate should be customer obsessed, familiar with the ecommerce business, passionate about process optimization, data oriented and have strong process design skills as well as outstanding project management abilities. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a very entrepreneurial environment. The Sr PM should be able to interact with and influence multiple teams and senior leadership across the organization, working closely in collaboration with our retail stakeholders across Europe, our offshore operations and our technical teams and business partners. They will also meet senior management on a regular basis to guide help them with strategic decision making.



Key job responsibilities
• Own the product roadmap and feature priorities
• Drive process and product discussions, distilling clear requirements from large and diverse sets of customers, partners, vendors
• Revisit or standardize processes (when appropriate), or/and build, improve an existing solution, or integrate existing features for a more cohesive end-to-end customer experience.
• Evaluate whether a product to be launched meets the intent of the Press Release and Working Backward documents.
• Influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
• Drive consensus with business and technology teams
• Discern which features are essential, can be triaged, as well as which can be omitted altogether.
• Do not allow software work to be de-scoped to a less than acceptable product.
• Effective negotiator, make smart trade-offs (e.g., time vs. effort vs. features), and drive appropriate schedules.
