Sr PMIS Implementation Lead (GA)
​ + Play a key role in assisting clients in implementing and optimizing their Project Management Information Systems. + Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients as the technical lead throughout the implementation process + Collaborate with clients to understand their project management requirements, specifically in the area of Project Controls. + Design and configure PMIS solutions to meet client needs, including data integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities. + Provide guidance and best practices on project controls processes, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and change control. + Conduct system assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization. + Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful system adoption. + Develop and deliver high-quality documentation, user manuals, and training materials. + Support project teams during system go-live and post-implementation phases, addressing any issues or concerns. + Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Project Controls methodologies. Requirement: + Expertise in Project Controls is crucial in ensuring that the clients' projects are effectively monitored, controlled, and executed within predefined parameters. + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. + Certifications such as PMP, Unifier Implementation Specialist, or equivalent are highly desirable. + Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in implementing PMIS solutions, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. + In-depth knowledge of Project Controls principles, processes, and best practices. + Proficient in working with industry-leading PMIS platforms, such as Primavera Unifier, Kahua, eBuilder. + Strong technical skills and ability to configure and customize PMIS solutions to meet client requirements. + Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies and practices. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within defined timelines. + Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements.
