C.H. Robinson is looking for a Sr Pricing Analyst to process and provide modal pricing as they relate to business opportunities. In this role you will work in conjunction with the network of offices, corporate shared services, and additional pricing resources to coordinate the best competitive solution to meet the needs of the customers. As a Sr Pricing Analyst, you will use your expertise to identify process improvements and assist commercial teams in digesting and understanding their award management reporting. We are looking for someone who can communicate and develop rapport with key business stakeholders and branch network to support customer and account teams as they submit pricing and receive awards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily pricing requests or service level agreements for new and existing customers
Oversee the incoming work queue by managing opportunity vetting board, responding to network troubleshooting requests, and email requests
Perform checks and balances of bid submissions and awards, and subsequent uploads to our Bid Ecosystem and on system (award management/NavRating)
Maintain the bid submission timeline for all parties while performing quality assurance of submitted bid rates, award verification, and final rate uploads
Utilize the various pricing tools available while assisting commercial teams in determining which pricing tool is best for their opportunities
Assist offices with any issues relating to pricing and tools, troubleshooting, and problem-solving bid awards as necessary
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED
Minimum 2 years previous experience in operations, customer service, and/or pricing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs, specifically Excel mastery
Bilingual with English and Spanish fluency
Preferred:
