Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking candidates with outstanding leadership skills for Sr. Principal Configuration Analyst position reporting to Configuration Management Section Manager. Position can be located in Rancho Bernardo, CA or Palmdale, CA.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracking and maintaining System Configuration documentation
Supporting Configuration Control Lead to include delegation of authority, process development, process management, and metric reporting
Organize, schedule, and facilitate Configuration Control Board meetings to include follow on action item closure and out of board correspondence and coordination
Communicate Change Board outcome to the user community
Audit Lead for System configuration(s), which would include adjudicating configuration squawks to determine correct end item configuration
Support Engineering Technical Liaisons and the engineering community to develop engineering change as required
Analyzing proposed changes of product design to ensure changes conform to the Change Management process
Manage configuration change using JIRA and Agile Process Management tools

Salary Range: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
