Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Senior Principal Project Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals onsite in Melbourne, Florida.
This position is for the role of an Individual Contributor Program Integrator to support the E-2D International Strategy and Growth IPT. The selected candidate will be part of a diverse organization of project integrators within the Program Operations Homeroom. The candidate is responsible to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between program management and integrated product teams. Candidate should possess leadership skills and should thrive in an agile, fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Manages program rhythm and associated calendarsManages Capture Team’s actions, including tracking to completionManagement of team’s Whitepapers/Talking Points & Smartsheet'sIntegrate, control, and manage program and product requirementsAssesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectivesDevelops mechanisms for monitoring project progress, for intervention, and problem solving with project managers and functional managersCoordinate with internal and external customers, integrated product teams, and suppliersAbility to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutionsWork under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectivesActively work with Leadership to ensure success of the programIdentify Opportunities to save cost and/or schedule to bring more value to our customer and improve performanceManages/Facilitates Risk, Issue and Opportunity ManagementNon-technical requirements managementProgram Resource Management

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
