We are seeking a highly innovative and strategic leader to drive Data Science/ AI/ Generative AI innovation, champion technological breakthroughs, and enable seamless integration of reusable AI components across the organization. The candidate will have a strong background in inventing and scaling Data Science/ AI capabilities, managing partner ecosystems, and transitioning solutions to production with a component-driven architecture. This role plays a part in new AI technology breakthroughs and in ensuring operational excellence for improving the reusability of AI innovations.

Key Responsibilities:AI Innovation:Develop and contribute to new AI capabilities by inventing innovative solutions or using existing "AI Lego blocks" to create scalable, reusable components for business applications.Component Architecture Adoption:Support NA teams in adopting and implementing a component-driven AI architecture, enabling rapid scaling and integration of new technologies across use cases.Transition to Business and Production:Seamlessly transition AI innovations from the research phase to Business Innovation teams and production deployment for NA Commercial, Medical Affairs and Patient teams while ensuring robust performance.Production Oversight:Supervise production deployed data science models and AI systems to ensure business outcomes are met. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137000 to $235750.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
