Sr Process Improvement Analyst
**Description** + Conduct thorough analyses of current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. + Design and implement process enhancements that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. + Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide teams in the execution of new processes. + Lead multiple process improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion. + Coordinate with various departments to gather input, develop solutions, and implement process changes. + Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. + Collaborate with the Change Management team to support the adoption of new processes and systems within the organization. Ensure that process changes are communicated effectively to all stakeholders and that necessary training is provided. Identify and address any resistance to change, working to facilitate a smooth transition and minimize disruption. + Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for ongoing process refinement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process improvement. Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in process improvement methodologies. + Act as a liaison between the Transformation Office and other departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration on process improvement initiatives. Present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. + The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position. + Because AECC must provide reliable electric service to our members, and due to the nature of this position, the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and to work overtime and outside of normal office hours is an essential function of this position. **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. **PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS** Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or similar process improvement methodologies. **ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS** The following work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of this job. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
