Job Responsibilities

Partners with Product Managers to identify opportunities to drive the resiliency agenda within Employee PlatformsDrive the adoption of SRE Maturity across Employee PlatformsUnderstands and plans for upstream and downstream implications of non-functional requirements on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic SRE roadmap and provide insight on potential practices and technology that will enhance the user experienceAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates reliability metrics across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentDrive SRE reporting and communication events.

 

Required qualifications, and skills

Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domainExperience in data analysis (Tableau, SQL)Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle and use of JIRAExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionAbility to influence Product Leads and other partnersKnowledge of SRE concepts such as SLO/SLIs, observability tools
