POSITION TITLE: Senior Product Manager, Billing
POSITION SUMMARY: As part of The Software Product team, the Senior Product Manager, Billing, will focus on creating scalable products to ensure best in class billing experience for Natera’s patients and providers. If you enjoy moving quickly, accomplishing aspirational goals in an ever-changing environment, and working on truly impactful products this role is for you.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the product and billing teams and senior leadership to craft and drive a billing product roadmap
Map out and analyze billing processes and systems, become the SME in this domain and develop products to meet the needs of our patients, providers, and internal billing teams
Establish and measure success criteria and metrics
Drive efficiencies through product innovation and work with different engineering teams to implement new solutions that can scale.
Communicate with senior-level stakeholders to champion your efforts and gain buy-in for product plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
4-6 years of experience in product management focusing on complex operational/business process related projects or equivalent experience at a hyper growth company.
2+ years experience of billing experience within the healthcare industry
Exceptional analytical skills, operational excellence DNA, obsessed with finding ways to make processes more efficient through software solutions.
Proven ability to learn how processes work quickly, ask the right questions, and come up with a cohesive plan for how to improve/automate them.
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to define, plan, and lead projects forward.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Product management experience - required
SQL experience - strongly preferred
Healthcare RCM experience - strongly preferred
Experience with product analytics platforms and tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Qlik Sense or similar - a plus
Experience with AMD - a plus
Experience in operational roles - a plus

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
