We are currently looking for a Product Manager to support Charles Schwab’s Digital Rep Solutions group as a key member of the “Client Central” team. This person will be responsible for the product management of the platform used by Schwab’s front line and back-office professionals to deliver industry leading service to Schwab clients.
Our ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who can communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders across business and technology. Client Central’s capabilities are critical to ensuring strong and reliable relationships between our service, operations and specialty teams and our clients. In the Product Manager capacity, there is tremendous opportunity to make a positive contribution to the rep experience as we support and enhance these capabilities at Schwab.
As a Product Owner, individuals will have responsibility for the management and welfare of the enterprise platform at all stages of its lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on administration and issue resolution for the platform. This includes analyzing the needs of business stakeholders, translating feature requirements into a business specification, and managing the phases of delivery for enhancements and cross-platform project deployments.
This individual must collaborate effectively with diverse business and technology partners across the firm, leveraging cross functional teams to deliver end-user-delighting experiences that balance tight timelines with multiple priorities (and risks) while exercising good business judgement.
Key responsibilities of this Senior Product Manager role include:
+ Support business initiatives that are critical to the firm research approaches to identify essential client, technology and business needs
+ Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders; manage feedback to gain insights into future product development.
+ Drive stakeholder and organizational alignment on product priorities, business strategy, trade-off decisions and investment.
+ Create detailed user stories based on understanding of the business requirements to define product features as well as the user experience.
+ Lead a development team through backlog refinement, prioritization, development, testing and release of your assigned initiatives.
+ Be accountable for support and feedback processes, content, training and tools that ensure user enablement and the future evolution of your platform.

**What you have**
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
+ 3-5 years platform product management experience (some UI design experience is a plus)
+ Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
+ Experience with Agile methods and processes
+ Must possess strong analytical and project management skills
+ Strong communication skills
+ Tenacity, a bias for action and the ability to overcome obstacles and successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously, at times under extremely tight deadlines.
+ Must be a creative thinker and have a keen interest in ensuring the best possible experience for our users and, ultimately, our clients.
+ Possess a fine attention to detail and a disciplined approach to developing applications.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities

CO Salary Range: USD $126,500 - $210,800 / Year
