Sr Product Manager, Marketplace, Marketplace
Amazon Marketplace enables businesses to put their products in front of hundreds of millions of customers and offers Sellers the tools and services needed to make e-commerce successful, efficient and simple.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead new brand building and listing product launches and continuous improvement of our existing products to drive brand owner growth on Amazon. The leader will define a long-term vision and a strategic path to achieving it, navigating through significant levels of ambiguity and driving execution. The position requires collaboration with various Amazon teams across countries, including product and tech partners, category teams, and Selling Partner Support. Additionally, the leader will use data and Seller feedback to measure the impact of the strategy and present findings to drive decisions at both ongoing and strategic levels.

Key job responsibilities
1. Creating strong business case and Influencing partner teams for new products/features launches for JP Sellers
2. Identifying potential problems in existing products/processes and setting clear action plans to improve them
3. Driving program adoption across new and existing Seller cohorts
4. Creating and leading mechanisms to understand business drivers, uncover areas of opportunity, and present business recommendations
5. Developing and growing strong collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders
6. Owning weekly/monthly/quarterly business review commentary for key input and output metrics
