The Mexico Marketing, Prime, and Lifecycle team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive initiatives that will drive customer and Prime member growth in Mexico. This role will also lead strategic initiatives across Emerging Countries (e.g. Gen AI for Marketing).
You will lead large, complex cross-functional projects and influence diverse peers and senior leaders. You will also be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving deep into the details. As a Sr. PM, you will work with various business, operations, and technology teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that help the Amazon business attract new customers in Mexico (and other countries) and increase the level of engagement of our existing customers. You will also lead the continued development, expansion, and optimization of the initiatives you proposed and will leverage customer, financial, and operational insights to develop new ideas and identify defects. As the leader of these efforts, you will directly partner with teams across countries and functions.
Key job responsibilities
• Define, own, and operate end to end Prime Member and customer cohort engagement engagement program in Mexico
• Partner closely with Marketing and Prime teams in 8 countries across LATAM/MENA & APAC regions to drive Gen AI builds and adoption with marketing teams.
• Influence WW & EM product teams to include EM-specific/EM-first product & feature ideas in the roadmap.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and leaders to support the development of experimentation roadmaps for the region
• Identify and scale best practices.
