Sr. Product Manager – DaVita Digital Next: AI
At DaVita, we’re building an end-to-end kidney platform that connects care for individuals at every stage along their health journey—from earlier diagnosis and prevention, through supporting the transplant process, to ensuring patients are supported at home, in our centers, and in the hospital.
Our digital product team is critical to enabling DaVita’s kidney care platform, and our product team is growing! We have an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager, AI to drive product outcomes, key results, and value rationalization across a new enterprise search product area. Your primary goal is to drive product outcomes through activities such as defining the product strategy, OKR creation and measurement, and prioritization of use cases.
We are looking for someone who has AI and product knowledge, is an expert relationship builder, has a bias towards action, can collaborate with cross-functional teams, and is obsessive about breaking down complex problems into product solutions with their engineering, design, and product teams.
The Role
Drives product outcomes, key results, and value rationalization across a product platform or a product focus areaOwns and solves larger and more complex product problems with limited oversightExpert in product focus area with a deep understanding of both business outcomes and product outcomesAccountable for defining and meeting product outcomes that drive business valuePrioritizes use cases that advance the product strategy and visionPartners closely with research team to validate assumptions and problem statements with usersWrites requirements and user stories that allow UX and Engineering teams to design and test product solutionsCreates solution prototypes and implements Beta and A/B tests to validate possible solutions that will advance roadmap objectivesUnderstands product performance by observing it in action and shares feedback with the rest of the teamPartners closely with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure product meets all legal and compliance requirementsInspires others to care about and understand the "why" behind a solutionMust-Haves
A bachelor’s degree6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in an agile environment, focused on digital productsStrong executive presence and ability to communicate and influence VP level and above stakeholdersExperience building high complexity product solutions and achieving outcomes that span multiple business focus areasExceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills, and make it your mission to get things done despite roadblocks and challengesSkilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.Ability to thrive in an organization that changes quicklyDemonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domainsStrong relationship building skills and the ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goalsHere is what you can expect when you join our Village:

Salary/ Wage Range
$121,200.00 - $177,900.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
