Job Description

The NA Emerging Payment Products team is hiring a Senior Manager. The NA Emerging Payment Products team is responsible for supporting the Head of NA Product & Strategy in achieving its top priorities, . The Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director, NA Emerging Payment Products and will focus on both strategic and execution-oriented topics.

Specifically, this individual will:

Assist in the development of perspectives on a range of strategic initiatives related to NA product pricing and product solutions.Drive rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support strategic projects and development of executive materials.Build strong relationships with product and cross-functional partners, including the NA Product leadership team.Build out unique, creative, and impactful solutions in collaboration with cross-functional partners.Support key NA Product OKRs and strategic initiatives and own specific projects as delegated.

This position is a hybrid role based in San Francisco.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDStrong oral and written communication skills, able to craft compelling communications in short time frames.Ability to structure and manage complex cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor as well as attention to detail.Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners.Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on fact based, quantitative analysis.In depth understanding of Visa core products pricing strategy and two-sided market dynamics.Curious and fast learner with a positive can-do attitude

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159,100.00 to 230,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
