Sr Product Manager
Job Title: Product Manager II, Production Finance Team
Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager II to join our Production Finance team. In this role, you will help drive strategy and execution for industry-leading financial software solutions used daily on film and TV sets worldwide. Our technology stands at the intersection of business needs, creative excellence, and the emerging capabilities of artificial intelligence.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage product plans, roadmaps, and agile requirements for finance and accounting software.Collaborate with product managers and development teams to ensure timely and accurate software releases.Engage with account management, customer support, marketing, and studio customers to understand needs and opportunities.Create business case justifications for new products or significant changes to existing products.Participate in customer-facing activities such as site visits, market research, product demonstrations, and user groups.Support product marketing with positioning, capabilities, and go-to-market activities.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.5+ years in software/technology product management or equivalent experience in strategic marketing, business management, or related technology functions.Direct experience with accounting or financial software solutions (e.g., invoicing, payables, purchase orders, vendor management, ERP).Experience in public or corporate accounting (including studios and productions) is considered.Experience with AI capabilities in software solutions, including workflow automation, data processing, and predictive analytics.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Interest in developing a career in inside sales or purchasing.Experience with Quantum or similar live database systems is preferred.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $76.90 - $86.53/hr.
