About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Product Manager Marketing Technology to join our Marketing Technology team reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Technology. This individual should be passionate about the synergy between technology and marketing. They should have a keen interest in not only utilizing technology to enhance marketing strategies but also in understanding the underlying mechanisms that drive successful integration between the two disciplines. This individual should demonstrate a proactive, take-charge attitude and strong leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives forward independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. They will use their technical background and prior experience supporting marketing efforts to fuel customer growth and retention within the current channels and help scale to future channels. This individual will have a proven track record of selection and successfully leading new implementations and migrations including but not limited to ESP/SMS/CDPs. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Provide MarTech domain expertise and partner with cross functional teams (engineering, marketing, digital, product, analytics, data science) to guide, build and execute on the MarTech roadmap. Serve as marketing product owner and SME to deliver on key marketing initiatives to improve effectiveness of marketing communications. Lead CDP/ESP/SMS and related platform selection, implementation, and adoption to improve customer experience, and business results. Evaluate new technologies to scale digital marketing efforts and drive multi-channel customer messaging through API and automation-driven journeys. Educate stakeholders on effectively leveraging customer data to help drive omni-channel behavior. Develop a deep understanding of customer-related data, identify new data sources and attributes relevant to marketing objectives, define data model requirements, and collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to advance data initiatives and ensure seamless integrations with other platforms. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related experience. MBA is a plus. 8+ years of combined experience in Martech with a deep understanding of the technical architecture and capabilities of ESP/CDP/SMS/Personalization platforms. Proven track record of successfully leading new implementations and migrations of marketing automation platforms and related technologies. Experience with MarTech solutions such as Salesforce/Adobe/Oracle/Braze/Epsilon is preferred. Experience with Salesforce products (Personalization, Engagement) is preferred. Experience with marketing and advertising technologies like Liveclicker/Persado/Bluecore/ Liveramp/DSPs/Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics is a plus. Strong SQL skills and experience working with data analytics tools like Redshift/Snowflake/Teradata and scripting languages such as Python/ampscript is a must. Understands the concepts of and has experience implementing one-off and longitudinal tests. Comfortable working across various levels of the organization and generating alignment across stakeholders while managing multiple projects with competing priorities. Ability to influence and persuade individuals within diverse teams without direct authority. Independent thinker with proven ability working on projects in fast-paced environments and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements is a must. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
