**Position Overview**
The New Product Launch Lead will play a critical role in driving the successful launch of new oncology products and optimizing the life-cycle management of the lung cancer portfolio. This strategic role involves planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to ensure a strong market entry, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and address patient needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Develop and Drive Strategic Launch Plans** : Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive, high-impact launch strategy for new oncology products, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market readiness.
+ **In-depth Market and Competitive Analysis** : Oversee advanced market analysis to identify target customers, market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends
+ **Cross-Functional Leadership** : Champion cross-functional collaboration with medical, regulatory, market access, sales, and global/region teams to develop and achieve seamless execution of launch strategies.
+ **Innovative Marketing Campaigns** : Strategize and oversee the creation of effective marketing materials and campaigns, including digital, promotional, and messaging platforms.
+ **KOL and Stakeholder Engagement:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and strategic stakeholders.
+ **Launch Performance Monitoring and Optimization** : Define and monitor robust pre-launch and post-launch KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable success across initiatives.
+ **Portfolio Lifecycle Leadership** : Lead the strategic lifecycle management of oncology assets, aligning with evolving market needs and optimizing product positioning.
+ **Budget and Resource Oversight** : Direct resource planning and budget management to maximize marketing efficiency while ensuring strategic investments yield significant returns.
+ **Global and Regional Alignment** : Ensure alignment with regional and global teams, facilitating the seamless integration of corporate goals with localized strategies.
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Biology/pharmacy related degree or experience from similar positions preferred
+ **Experience:** Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (New product launch & CDx related experience in marketing preferred)
+ **Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and product lifecycle management.
+ Proven leadership and exceptional project management skills to drive complex initiatives.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
+ Proficient in English (written and verbal) to ensure effective communication with global teams.
