This role is responsible for developing marketing campaigns and strategies to establish, enhance, and distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. By exhibiting a passion for increasing the quality and value of the overall client experience, this role focuses on developing marketing materials in support of product, marketing, sales, operations, and training teams. While partnering with internal teams and leaning on an understanding of the product marketing lifecycle, this role executes marketing strategies through tactical marketing plans to drive optimization and improve upon existing and new materials.
Responsibilities:
Partners cross-functionally with marketing, product, training, sales, and operational teams to deliver high quality feedback and value related to product marketing efforts to maximize product revenues. Creates and delivers external client facing content and materials through product positioning, marketing plans, and competitive research that support product, sales, operations and to improve the overall client experience. Collaborates internally and externally to create new and/or build upon existing product documentation, knowledge center, and support materials to drive a better client experience. Creates and delivers internal content to support product materials as it relates to operations, fulfillment, training, sales, and client communications. Helps grow and expand our client stories and video testimonials with ongoing client outreach and communication including facilitating interviews, writing case studies, and measuring success. Works independently to conduct research as it relates to market dynamics and competitive products to impact product marketing materials and positioning. Develops and executes impactful materials that ensure the quality and integrity of the brand. Provides for other activities as it relates to internal sales and marketing projects.Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required. 5+ years of related experience required. 8+ years of related experience, preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a highly collaborative team with the willingness to take on any task and support the team when needed. Committed to proactively and resourcefully find the best solutions to fit the need. Highly skilled in content creation and value positioning with the ability to partner with various teams to improve existing and create new materials. Strategic, big picture thinking skills with the ability to introduce and incorporate new ideas and innovations, improving product marketing materials as well as the overall client and business advisor experiences. Strong industry knowledge with an understanding of the product marketing lifecycle and the ability to execute tactical marketing plans to drive optimization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams, fostering relationships, and influencing others. Understanding of the Thryv software product line and channels. Ability to travel less than 5% of the time. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required. Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.What We Offer:
