Position\nOverview:
The Sr Product Marketing Specialist -\nProductivity Solutions plays a\ncentral role by partnering with Product Management, Sales, Communications, and\nall the other parts of Marketing and throughout the company to drive clear,\ncompelling messaging and positioning, deliver customer insights, take new and\nexisting products to market, and develop content that fuels growth campaigns.
This role reports directly to the Solutions Sr. Director of Product\nManagement, and will be based in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Fort Mill, SC, or\nPittsburgh, PA.

Ideal Candidate:
Experience managing NPI projects and leading cross-functional teams.Technical knowledge related to product development and introduction processes.Ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Proficiency with project management and product management tools.Proactive approach to addressing and resolving issues.Key\nResponsibilities:
NPI Project\nManagement: Lead Global Product Marketing for Solutions offerings. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful\nlaunch of new products.
Strategic\nPlanning: Support strategies for new product\nintroductions that align with market needs and business goals. Provide insights\nand recommendations based on market research and competitive analysis. Play an instrumental role as\npart of annual strategy process
Cross-Functional\nCoordination: Collaborate\nwith marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and\nintegration of new products. Facilitate effective communication and resolve any\nissues that arise. Work\ncollaboratively with sales and product managers to develop sales playbooks
Technical\nExpertise: Provide technical support and\nguidance throughout the NPI process. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Solutions Value Proposition and Supporting\nContent to the broader organization
Market Readiness: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams\nensure that new products are well-positioned in the market and supported with\nappropriate training and materials. Partner with the Strategic alliances, Competitive/Marketing Intel,\nChannel marketing/Sales enablement, Global Business Enterprises, and the CSC\nSr. Director of Product Management to develop the content and positioning of\nCSC solutions. Define and message key Solutions use cases. Facilitate across sales,\nmarketing, and product to develop and deliver product messaging and content.
Documentation and\nReporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation\nrelated to new product introductions. Prepare and present reports on project\nstatus, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Customer and\nStakeholder Engagement: Engage\nwith customers and stakeholders to gather feedback on new products. Utilize\nfeedback to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction. Facilitate Customer Advisory\nBoards. Be a top speaker for Solutions.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues during\nthe NPI phase and develop solutions to address them. Implement strategies to\nprevent future issues and ensure a smooth product launch.
