As a Senior Product Manager II within the Ad Platform technology team at Disney, you will be a part of the team redefining TV advertising. You will be responsible for product vision, strategy and execution to establish the future of The Walt Disney Company’s Audience Targeting and Segmentation needs across Disney’s streaming video OTT, Mobile and Web applications. The right person for this role can identify business value, solve complex technical problems, concisely articulate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders and ultimately drive results. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

Develop and execute on product strategy and plan for core areas of identity, audience segmentation, targeting and data management for advertising use cases across OTT, Mobile and Web applications.Ability to work closely with stakeholders from Disney Advertising as well as partner with content teams and data science across Disney.Responsible for product prioritization, including value identification, cost savings and progress against the broader business strategy, within your specific areaMaintain expected standards across the team for product specifications, backlog health, and consumable user stories for engineering partnersProduct owner for a Scrum team by participating agile ceremonies, responsible for prioritization, backlog refinement, and feature definitionHold a deep compassion for our users, and creatively tackle problems with a viewer-first mentalitySupport evaluation and recommend investments to maximize the financial results of the product portfolioEnumerate and identify clear business critical metrics for setting annualized objectives and partnering with GTM and financial planning to meet themPartner with the Platform Operations team to optimize the ongoing health and financial viability of our product linePartner with Engineering organization to execute against the product roadmap, delivering on the needs of the business

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

7+ years of product management experience, highly preferred from established technology or digital media companyBachelor’s Degree in a technical field, or equivalent Product Management experienceStrong knowledge for audience segmentation, targeting, identity and clean room technology, specifically for advertising use cases.Understanding of how sales organizations operate and function in media organizationsProven experience and success in a product role with the ability to demonstrate a record of successAbility to interact with a diverse set of tech and non-tech partnersAbility to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a sophisticated, always-changing environmentExcellent communication skills
The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA and Washington D.C. is $152,200 to $204,100 per year, in Seattle, WA and New York, NY is $159,500 to $213,900 per year and in San Francisco, CA is $166,800 to $223,600 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
