In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of core platform products and services that power the broader organization's ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with user experience, technology, and customer success teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that meet the needs of our internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of platform architecture, technical requirements, and user needs. You should be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution. You will also focus on driving product adoption, improving performance, and ensuring that our platform services are aligned with both business goals and customer satisfaction. Position is open to remote workers in the US but they must work eastern or central time hours. Requirements + Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform services, aligning with business goals and customer needs. Communicate and ensure alignment with stakeholders, balancing complex priorities and market dynamics. + Customer Focus & Market Insight: Gather and evaluate customer use cases, maintain close contact with customers to understand evolving needs, and segment markets for deeper insights. Advocate for customer needs to ensure product-market fit and enhance the user experience. + Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize metrics, data, and market trends to track progress, make informed decisions, and set KPIs. Develop hypothesis-driven strategies, including A/B testing, to evaluate and optimize product performance. + Go-to-Market & Product Lifecycle: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to develop go-to-market plans, launch strategies, and pricing models. Manage end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation through delivery, and contribute to strategic business planning. + Product Development & Delivery: Oversee product development from planning to release, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery. Write clear, detailed requirements, address design challenges, and ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security through collaboration with engineering teams. + Commercial Acumen & Business Strategy: Develop business cases, inform product roadmaps based on competitor analysis, and assess ROI. Leverage data and strategic insights to identify growth opportunities and drive business results. + Technical Expertise: Understand the company’s technology stack, engage with technical teams on development approaches, and extend platform technologies to create innovative product features. Use tools like Excel and other data analytics software to support decision-making. + Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption and customer satisfaction. Requirements Suggested Minimum Experience: + 8-10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading product strategy, planning, and releases. + Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle and developing long-term customer relationships to influence product direction. Azure Certifications preferred, not required: + AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals + Microsoft Azure Administrator – Associate (AZ-104) + Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) ScrumAlliance Certifications preferred, not required: + A-CSPO, CSPO, CSM Education: + Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is preferred but not required.
