PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
This role will be responsible for:
Driving HR technology product health and performance by identifying areas of improvement through actionable insights and user-focused design principles.Monitoring and improving HR tech products, collaborating with the HR Product and Tech Operations team as well as key stakeholders to resolve product challenges and optimize effectiveness.Enhancing product processes and routines to achieve organizational goals.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Product Managers and Leaders by creating tools that allow them to understand key performance indicators to monitor and assess product health and performance.Perform product analysis that shows trends, patterns and insights to help identify new opportunities to improve overall product health.Support in creating product forecasts to support the product strategy and ensure our products are optimized.Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure product improvements are aligned with user needs and UX design principles, including evaluating the effectiveness of technology solution designs.Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine HR Product processes and establish tools that improve operational efficiency.Partner with HR and Tech teams on implementing and maintaining HR technology products, ensuring they meet organizational priorities and deliver intended results.Address underlying issues and prioritize continuous improvement to enhance existing product features and functionality.Gather and evaluate end-user feedback to improve user experience, driving updates and improvements based on best practices.Demonstrate flexibility and a test-and-learn mindset to inform and align product roadmaps with stakeholder expectations.MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.4-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on driving results and enhancing user experience.Proven ability to assess complex problems and implement innovative operational solutions.Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and recommendations effectively.Experience managing priorities in a dynamic business environment.Comprehensive understanding of product lifecycles and user journeys.Proficiency in Workday, UKG or other equivalent HCM tools.DESIRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Experience supporting enterprise applications in a product-focused role.Proven ability to achieve results through leadership, collaboration, and influence.Familiarity with Product Management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet.Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.Experience working in large retail organizations.Useful Links-
