The Role:
As the Senior Product Portfolio Manager, you will be\nresponsible for overseeing the strategic management and development of our\nworkforce excellence portfolio.
This portfolio provides customers with solutions to the\nchanges and challenges that the industrial organizations experience, as the\npace of digital transformation accelerates to prepare every worker to be part\nof this transition, aid them to acquire new competencies and skills to build\nresilience, boost productivity, and provide attractive careers for the next\ngeneration.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong\nblend of leadership, strategic vision, and operational expertise to drive\ngrowth, profitability, and innovation across this product line.

Ideal Candidate Experience:
Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in product management, portfolio management, or related roles, with significant experience in leadership positions. Background in industrial workforce competency (rescale, upscale, faster onboarding, etc. of the industrial worker).Understanding of today’s and tomorrow’s industrial organizations’ workforce challenges and solutions available and needed in the marketplace.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable portfolio strategies. Demonstrated success in managing complex product portfolios, driving growth, and delivering financial results. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization strategies. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across multiple departmentsKey Responsibilities:
Portfolio Strategy Development: Develop and implement a\ncomprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with the company's business\nobjectives and market opportunities. Conduct market analysis, competitive\nassessments, and customer segmentation to identify portfolio gaps, opportunities,\nand trends. Define and prioritize portfolio investments based on strategic fit,\nmarket potential, and financial viability.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from\nideation through to end-of-life decisions, ensuring alignment with market needs\nand company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D,\nmarketing, sales, and finance to define product roadmaps and ensure timely\nexecution of portfolio initiatives. Drive product innovation, differentiation,\nand continuous improvement efforts to maintain competitive advantage.
Financial and Business Performance: Establish and monitor key\nperformance indicators (KPIs) for the product portfolio, including revenue\ngrowth, profitability, market share, and return on investment (ROI). Conduct\nfinancial analysis, forecasting, and budget management to optimize portfolio\nperformance and resource allocation. Make data-driven decisions and\nrecommendations for resource allocation, portfolio prioritization, and\ninvestment strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic advisor to executive\nleadership and senior management on portfolio strategy, performance, and market\ntrends. Present portfolio strategies, business cases, and performance updates\nto key stakeholders, including board of directors and investors. Foster strong\nrelationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external\npartners to drive portfolio success.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of product\nmanagers and portfolio analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional\ndevelopment opportunities. Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability,\nand collaboration within the product portfolio management team. Foster a\nhigh-performance team environment focused on achieving business goals and\ndelivering exceptional results.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 10 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments. 5+ years’ experience in the process industries Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.WE VALUE
