Sr Product Specialist - Tech


Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 6 to 9 years of experience in Temenos Payments Hub. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of Investment Banking Operations. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of Temenos Payments Hub solutions.Oversee the integration of Temenos Payments Hub with existing systems.Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.Ensure the smooth operation of payment processing systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Develop and maintain technical documentation for Temenos Payments Hub.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment processing.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and performance.Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices.

Qualifications

Possess a strong technical background in Temenos Payments Hub.Have a good understanding of Investment Banking Operations.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in technical documentation and system audits.Display the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.Have experience in leading implementation projects.Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model.Possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.Have a maximum of 9 years of relevant experience.Show a commitment to continuous improvement.Demonstrate the ability to work in a day shift environment.
