Job Description:

Performs delivery of customized reports to clientsTakes appropriate action to ensure that processes are completed according to the schedule providedMonitors the production environment using established tools (arrivals, volumes, completeness)Update clients for expected delivery files and proceed in extracting historical data if neededCheck outputs to identify any apparent anomalies before deliverySupports new automation opportunities to create process efficienciesReviews procedures and documentations to ensure they remain appropriate and recommends changes as needed.Maintains and enhances the quality of delivery processes identifying and implementing accuracy metrics (KPIs, Issue logs, schedules, etc.)Perform functions as directed by the manager/team leader

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, DiplomaMust have experience in data processing and client report customizationStrong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer focus, attention to detail, and good analytical skillsAbility to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problemsAbility to guide the work of others within a team environmentAbility to work under time constraints and changing work volumesGood organizational and multitasking skillsProficient in MS Office Apps, including Excel and PowerpointCustomer service experience is preferredBackground in SAS is an advantage
