Lead activities across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network. You will be working with our Greer, SC, Rocky Mount, NC, and South Bend, IN locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will oversee the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites, and ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will also ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labor and machine resources while achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nLead teams of production planners in managing the master production schedule (MPS)\nMonitor MPS and make improvements based on MPS load and MPS attainment.\nCollaborate with supply and materials planning leaders to execute production plans.\nOptimize material management procedures\nParticipate in monthly SIOP meetings to approve network production plans, present associated risks, and discuss mitigation plans with functional and business leadership.\nBuild a world-class team, implement Lean Six Sigma techniques, and drive continuous improvement to excel in all Key Performance Initiatives (KPIs).\nCollaborate with functional teams to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availability issues, and support\nPlanners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data. \n\n\n

The annual base salary range for this position is $125K - $150K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\n5+ years of Supply Planning, Operations Planning/Scheduling, Materials Management of other Operations Planning related functional area.\n3+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment. \n\n\n
