Job Description:

CoreLogic is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. You will configure Salesforce, customize the platform using tools like Process Builder and Flows, and create reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. The role includes training end-users, providing ongoing support, and optimizing processes for efficiency. You will conduct testing, manage change processes for new implementations, and maintain detailed documentation. The ideal candidate will stay current with Salesforce updates and collaborate with various departments to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Job Qualifications:

3+ years of Business Analysis experience, including demonstrated success owning and delivering business process improvements3+ years of Salesforce Platform experience preferredBachelor's Degree Preferred or Equivalent ExperienceSalesforce Administrator Certification


Job Responsibilities

Identifying and documenting business needs and requirements, often through interviews and workshops with stakeholders.Developing solutions within Salesforce to meet business requirements, considering best practices and system limitations.Analyzing data within Salesforce, creating reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Configuring Salesforce settings and customizing the platform using tools like Process Builder, Flows, and layouts.Training end-users on Salesforce functionalities and providing ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.Continuously evaluating and improving Salesforce-based processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Conducting testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are free of major issues.Managing the change process related to new Salesforce implementations or updates.Maintaining detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and training materials.Business Analysts must stay informed about these updates and implement any changes that could benefit their organizationWork with various departments to understand their needs. Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions. Act as a liaison between users and the technical team.Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in Salesforce solutions. Propose and implement new features or enhancements to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce. Stay up to date on industry best practices and incorporate them into solutions.
