About the Role
At Evisort, our program managers are involved in all aspects of important implementing solutions, including client management, the implementation lifecycle, driving value, and being a trusted partner. PM’s are customer-centric, influencers, tech savvy, and able to directly run and influence some of the most strategic and exciting accounts.
You will build out appropriate project implementation plans and timelines for the design and implementation of Evisort’s products: AI Contract Analytics and No-Code Workflow for Contracts. The goal, accelerate digital and ground-breaking contract lifecycle management and intelligent analytics, while ensuring smooth implementations.
The PM will collaborate closely with the Professional Services Implementation Consultants, Engineering, Data Science and Product teams to onboard and align the customer partners to the implementation plan, and incorporate any project plans, achievements, or other key dates from the customer’s plan(s) into a combined plan for execution.
Additionally, this position works closely with Account Executives, Transformation Consultants and Customer Success Managers to ensure the business’ value, success criteria and process result in high user adoption and usage in the adoption phase, leading to renewals, upsells, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio of accounts.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a diverse portfolio of projects at any given time, ensure alignment of internal and external teams, and serve as the point of contact for the implementation of new customers.
Develop and take ownership of client’s implementation plan: achievements, project risks and mitigation strategies and address other line items relevant to efficiently delivering an enterprise SaaS product.
Follow an agile Kanban-based implementation methodology.
Lead aspects of change management and implementations with some of the largest and most strategic accounts.
Track high-level business needs and ensure the solution aligns to deliver business benefits.
Produce project-level reports covering overall status, milestone tracking, risks/issues, and mitigation plans.
Maintain trusted and positive partnerships across a wide array of subject areas and teams.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution with collaborators.
Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the core product, marketing, and sales process.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years demonstrated ability an external client-facing program manager, having balanced multiple project management subject areas (Iterative; Agile; SCRUM/KANBAN)
3+ years demonstrated ability with modern software and implementation processes, including enterprise SaaS deployments
Other Qualifications:
Ability to formulate, prioritize, monitor, and lead inter-connected projects with fractionally deployed resources.
Ability to meet timelines, budgets, and resource plans for long-term projects
Outstanding communication skills, highly organized, and customer intuitive
Highly collaborative with a team-first attitude; can work effortlessly and successfully across all departments
Compassionate, insightful positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
Legal, legal operations, contract management, and product development experience a plus
PMP/PMI or SCRUM certification is a plus
