The APAC Prime team is looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to own the strategy and execution of large scale programs across APAC.

You will be at the center of exciting growth programs that span across teams, and act as a single-threaded owner on multiple high profile strategic projects driving Prime with Leadership.

You will own country level goals and influence other teams to embrace the value of acquiring and engaging new Prime members. Most importantly, you will bring an enthusiasm for innovation and a desire to make an impact on the business. The ideal candidate will be metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus.

You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment, and communicate clearly and persuasively. You are able to drive excellence within the programs you own, with your colleagues in marketing and product management, and with senior leaders across the Amazon organization, including retail, delivery experience, and other partner teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Development of strategic documents and business cases for key growth drivers of Prime
- Lead for cross org large scale programs related to Prime (including Speed, Value)
- Go To Market leader for new program launches
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across core local and WW partner teams
- Compile, analyze, and present performance to senior leadership opportunities for program growth.
