Job Description Insight Global is seeking a mid-level program manager to support a Texas government agency local to Austin who will sit hybrid. They will be responsible for the implementation and administration of one or more corporate programs, typically consisting of multiple projects or sub-projects. The incumbent will guide the development, coordination, and success of all aspects of the corporate programs including governance, budget, and schedules, and communicate with project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties. This position will proactively work with the Program Management team, IT staff, and agency employees. Skills and Requirements Required Education - Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university. - High School diploma or equivalent and additional full-time experience in project management, systems analysis, or related technical experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Required Experience - 5+ years of full-time project management, with 1-2 experience in artificial intelligence, systems analysis and design, software development, or related experience, including experience managing large technology projects and utilizing a defined project management methodology. - Knowledge of AI in a professional environment, being able to understand and apply when necessary - Basic knowledge in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint Bachelors degree in project management, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Business.  Experience working with AI on previous programs and projects in a professional setting  Experience managing medium to large projects.  Experience working in a Texas state agency and with preparing Texas Project Delivery Framework documentation.   Experience creating project related RFO/RFPs.
