Join a team of development program professionals to manage\n& lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the\nCBT leader, to execute development programs of significant size &\ncomplexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements\nwhile demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough\nunderstanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence).\nYou will lead the strategic pursuits and execution of Space based Optical\nCommunications programs that are complex in nature and span several major\ndomestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology\ndevelopment and production across locations. You will define, generate &\nimplement program plans.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Program Management for complex engineering development programs.
At least 2 years of experience in business development.
