As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play\na crucial role in managing and overseeing projects related to Honeywell UOP\nEquipment in China. You will be accountable for ensuring the successful\nexecution of Honeywell project management tools and assist Sr Program Manager implement\nand strengthen Honeywell Behaviors in UOP China Equipment execution team. Your\nexpertise in project management, coordination, and communication will\ncontribute to the efficient and effective implementation of Honeywell UOP\nEquipment projects in China.

You will report directly to Sr Program Manager and you'll work out of our China\nlocation on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving project execution excellence,\nensuring compliance, and contributing to the growth and success of the UOP\nEquipment business in China.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  \nBe accountable for ensuring the successful implement of Honeywell\nmanagement tools like SAP\\CORA in UOP China Execution team
    •   Coordinate and communicate with global\nstakeholders to ensure all best practices of SAP and CORA synchronously in UOP\nChina execution
•   Guide and support project managers to set up\nthe project in SAP and CORA system
    •  \nMonitor and support project managers to maintain projects in SAP and\nCORA systems in accordance to Honeywell requirements
    •  \nBe accountable for ensuring purchase requisitions and goods receipts to\nbe created and tracked in line with Honeywell policies
    •  \nOrganize project regular meetings and track key actions from\nmeetings  
    •  \nOther assignment of line manager

YOU MUST HAVE
•   Minimum 5 years of experience in project\nmanagement or related project control roles
    •  \nExcellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
    •  \nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    •  \nFamiliar with SAP, CORA or other management tools
