As a Sr. Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating programs within the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of programs, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in program management and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Fort Mill, SC location on a hybrid work schedule. Note: New hires will report onsite M-F for the first 90 days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nDefine program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams\nDevelop and implement program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation\nMonitor program progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets\nIdentify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery\nCoordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide program updates and address concerns\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and practices\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n5+ years of experience in program/project management or a related field\nProven track record of successfully delivering programs on time and within budget\nStrong leadership and project management skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\n\n
