As a Sr. Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating programs within the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of programs, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise in program management and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Fort Mill, SC location on a hybrid work schedule. Note: New hires will report onsite M-F for the first 90 days. In this role, you will impact the team by effectively managing programs and driving results.
