Role and Responsibilities – Candidate should be dedicated, hardworking & result oriented.  Shall be responsible for driving revenue numbers for the area served with through coordination with various stake holders projects team, Purchase team, commercial, Working capital & majorly vendor.

·       Planning of Revenue numbers with the District Planning Manager, month on month in line with the AOP & current visibility

·       Periodic update on the revenue numbers to District Planning Manager on the monthly numbers

·       Follow up with Projects team for PRs as committed during the monthly review & further with Purchase team for PO issuance

·       Follow up with Vendors for material delivery in line with project requirement & controlling the same via Material dispatch Clarence certificate

·       Transportation of Goods from vendor to designated delivery location as per the PO issued

·       Follow up with various stake holders viz transporters, Freight forwarder, CHA for timely material delivery as per project requirement.

·       Cost optimization on freight

·       Maintaining a detailed track/log of various Transactions in the form of MTS

·       Processing of GRN

·       Working for reduction in Inventors & RMA

·       Creation of Sales Order for project Booking

·       Maintain Material tracking sheet

·       Have the ability to act decisively to resolve problems.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·       Candidate Should be minimum Graduate. Preference to Commerce steam

·       Candidates with min Bachelorette in Management (Finance) can also apply

·       Should have knowledge on Logistic & basic taxation

·       Have indebt knowledge in MS office especially MS Excel

·       Should have worked on ERP system. Preference shall be to candidates worked on SAP but others can also apply

·       Minimum experience of 3-6 years Required. Preferred candidates from logistics background or Banking recovery background

Preferred Skills

Knowledge in SAP & for large projects team knowledge in Microsoft Projects, Primavera or similar software. Technical knowledge on IBMS industry shall be an added advantage. Candidates worked on Projects with technical knowledge can also apply.
