The\nAftermarket Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) Sr Project Management Specialist\nwill have a pivotal role responsible for supporting FGI Leader in driving short\nand medium-term revenue growth for Honeywell’s aftermarket business. The\nrole will have global coverage and will drive the sale of FGI. They will\noversee and manage multiple facets of sales activities to increase sales\nvelocity and ensure flawless delivery, liaising with Sales, Gold Business\nEnterprise (GBE), Customer Business Managers (CBMs), Demand Planning, Customer\nBusiness Team Program Managers (CBT), Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and\nCustomer & Product Support (C&PS)
Key Responsibilities•Supports the selling processes (part\nlist generation, deal tracking, actuals book keeping)
•Support Pipeline execution (from PO to shipping)
•Manage operational processes such as inventory validation, maintain Excess\nInventory file, working with ISC to establish weekly shipment plan, working\nwith C&PS to manage order booking, holds/blocks clearing, update FGI\ntracker file (daily, weekly, quarterly)
•Work with finance to maintain booking\nand shipping actuals for both Strategic Deals and Tactical Sales
•Work with IT to create end user\ndashboards to accelerate selling process
•Create reports to monitor KPIs
