As a Project\nAdmin, your focus will be supporting project manager in\ndocumentation work.

Key\nResponsibilities:

Assist Project Manager with project related activities in SAP, Cora, NEX, SMS, Leap, Jira and other systemsCheck and report timesheet submission as weekly basisPreparation of draft service contract for maintenance jobsDraft notification letter / acknowledgement letter as related to projectsMaterial delivery follow-up as per the project prioritiesSubcontractor Purchase Requisition creation1PP & 3PP equipments requisition creationWork with Subcontractor for activity coordination as per PM indicationsSubcontractor invoice coordinationSupport Project Manager in preparing all required documentation for Invoicing. Pass the invoicing request to relevant back office team in the Hub for processingSupport Project Manager in getting all required documentation and approvals for executing the projectLoading of ERF from CPQ to PV for estimate reviews.Document control related to the project.

Key\nExperience & Capabilities:

 Bachelor’s degree / Higher DiplomaMinimum 1 year experience in working with complex projectsComputer literate (Microsoft operating system, Outlook and Office suite)Knowledge of SAP systemAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to follow business processes and tasksAbility to remain calm under pressureAbility to organize multi-task and prioritize based on impact and importanceGood communication, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of writing and spoken English & preferably local language.
