Become a **maker of possible** with us. **Job Responsibilities:** + Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects + Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget + Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility + Ensure resource availability and allocation + Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress + Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques + Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques + Manage the relationship with all stakeholders + Perform risk management to minimize project risks + Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis + Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with staff members + Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document qualifications protocols + Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks + Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers + Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan. **Education and Experience:** + Degree in Business Management or other related discipline . + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications. **Knowledge and Skills:** + Four or more years of project management experience + Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability + Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines + Proven success working with all levels of management + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Excellent presentation skills + Must know how to use Microsoft Project + Someone with experience working at a Pharmaceutical/Medical Device company is preferred. + Experience in developing platforms for internal processes + Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets + Proven working experience in project management + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills + Knowledge of Design Controls and Risk Management practices, regulations and standards, such as FDA QSR's, ISO 13485, EU MDR, ISO 14971 is preferred. **Physical Demands:** + Sitting and work on computer, moderate work on the production floor, moderate walking.
