Job Description

This Black Belt position will be focused on driving continuous improvement by leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, develop improvement strategies, and drive operational excellence.

Essential Functions

Process Improvement

Lead two lean six sigma projects annually with measured benefitsManage projects and problem solving with lean six sigma tools such as DMAIC, Kaizen, PDCA, and 5SAnalyze operational data to identify opportunities, support projects, and influence business decisionsMentor and coach Green Belts within department and across the organizationFacilitate cross-functional Kaizen events and guide lean six sigma practices for the organizationCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success and alignmentEnsure successful rollout and results of new projects and processesModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business analytics, business management, engineering, or information technology requiredMinimum 5 years experience in lean six sigma  requiredLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred

Specialized Knowledge

Advanced analytical skills required (Excel, Tableau, or other)Intermediate Tableau or Power BI experience preferredIntermediate project management skills required
