What success looks like in this role:
Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level Infrastructure Projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope.
The types of infrastructure projects this role may deliver are - Implementation of new Virtual Networks, Server Hardware Replacements, Server OS Upgrade Projects, Microsoft365 Migrations etc.
Represents Unisys to client senior management, ensuring mutual understanding of how Unisys and clients can work together to optimize product application and achieve business success.
Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact.
Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project review.
Initiates and leads project / program management process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques.
Drives change and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Program / Project Management.
Sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Minimum 10 + years’ relevant experience in managing and delivering infrastructure projects OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
This role is required to be based in Melbourne. Australian Citizens with preferably with a current AGSVA Baseline clearance but it's not essential.
The permanent role will require to work at the client site in the CBD - atleast 1 days a week. Hybrid working model.
Experience with state or federal government departments will be strong plus to have for this opportunity.
