Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for one of our large energy companies. This role is responsible for managing all phases of project planning and execution, ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, quality, and other success factors are met. This role includes leading project teams, coordinating internal and external organizations, and overseeing project-related meetings and reports. This role is focusing on multiple construction projects for a large nuclear plant. Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.  Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.  Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.  Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.  Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.  Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.  Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 11 years of project management experience.  Graduation from a four-year college or university.  Background in utilities or construction.
