SR PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER
At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Job Overview TE Connectivity’s Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.Responsibilities

1. Work with PM/PJM and PDE to understand customer NPI requirements
2. Identify project goal and scope and requirements for migration project
3. Work with Sourcing and PBL supplier for qualition, get engineering support if needed. Workout project framework/timeline, use WBS to identify deliveriables and tasks in projects.
4. Lead to work out project capital and expenses spending plan, capacity plan, cost model and project P&L (W/O PJM)
5 Workout project tooling development or migration timeline, including tooling development (or transfer) and qualification, sample making and delivery, product qualification and GTP
6. Track RFQ progrss and project status (win or drop)
7. Post project Kickoff, setup project team including supplier and balance the resources against project task requirements
8. Lead TE cross function team and PBL supplier to workout project timeline and track actual progress to ensure all tasks on schedule (design / sample / qualifcation etc.)
9. Stay interlocked with PjM, review and monitor projects progress and drive for implemention. Ensure successful execution to overall project timeline
10. Support tooling order and / or sample order to supplier
11 As project leader to lead Micro Lite project, QNPI & lead PBL internal migration project
12 Support footprint PJM to be receiving side project leader (move from plant to supplier
13.Track project execution against plan, balance the priorities
14 Call regular review meeting, organize whole team to improve bottleneck tasks 
15.Present project progress to management team, highlight risk and support needed
