Expected salary range of $111,600 to $124,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**
The Project Management Scheduler is accountable to the Project Managers in developing and updating project work breakdown structures and schedules, performing resource loading, and maintaining multi-disciplined engineering and project execution schedules. Must be able to work independently, lead meetings, and facilitate discussions to obtain the information to organize activities, assign resources, validate schedule calculations, and perform daily/weekly status updates. Interfaces directly with project team members and vendor organizations, monitors work activities and identifies potential schedule conflicts. Assists in calculating activity earned values. Notifies Project Manager(s) of pending or future schedule discrepancies. The Project Manager Scheduler will be the scheduling subject matter expert and database administrator for the fleet project management organization. This includes developing and leading training sessions, as needed, performing the governance and oversight of this function, establishing fleet scheduling standards, and maintaining and enhancing the fleet master project scheduling template.
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Coordinate, develop and update project schedules for use in project planning, resource loading and allocation, budget development, and schedule execution for all phases of project execution for Corporate Projects. Utilize and modify pre-established templates to build project schedules.
+ Using lessons learned from assessments and other feedback mechanisms, determine initial and ongoing training needs for the fleet Project Management organization. Developing and lead the training sessions. Perform the governance and oversight of the scheduling function which includes establishing fleet scheduling standards, and maintaining and enhancing the fleet master project scheduling template.
+ Develops detailed project schedule reports to ensure effective project execution and feedback. Coordinate with project team members directly to update schedule status for assigned activities. Identify project schedule risks and discrepancies and ensure effective and timely communication of these to responsible stakeholders.
+ Lead project scheduling meetings to collect current schedule information, provide current schedule status, and to provide look-ahead updates to project teams.
+ Other assignments as directed by management, such as outage schedule challenges and the performance of self-assessments to support continuous learnings of the organization.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor degree in a technical or business field with 10 years of discipline-specific experience OR High School Diploma with Equivalent 15 years of discipline-specific experience Extensive experience in scheduling of complex projects Proficient in use of Scheduling Tools, including Primavera P3, P6, MS Project, etc
+ Knowledge of Critical Path Scheduling Methods
+ Training and Management experience
+ Travel required approximately 30%
