Location: Dundee (Hybrid) AIB: 57,600.00 - 72,000.00 - 86,400.00 GBP Annual We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated and tenacious individual educated to degree level in a Relevant Discipline or other related field or equivalent work experience in project and program management. As a Program Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to Customers and NCR Atleos. The PM may be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business divisions. Essential Job Requirements: + Strong presentation skills and prior experience in presenting to management teams + Strong program and project management skills + Prior experience working in the services organization is preferred or an advantage but not essential + Team Management – assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members + Process Management and Continuous Improvement – Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives Basic Qualifications: + Educated to degree level. Higher qualification an advantage but not essential. + Solid understanding of development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment + 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-functional teams.
