Project Purchasing Support helps, Project Managers, Services Administrator and Ops manager for all Latin American countries to provide purchasing support, you'll play a role in handling the acquisition and distribution of materials, parts, equipment, and supplies for our organization, focally in projects and services orders. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Create Purchase requisition and Sales Orders into Oracle/OM and Projects. + Administrate orders in Factory Direct and IR ISO + Data management + Create and administrate Customer information in Oracle + Manage and Expedite Internal Purchase Order Approval and escalate as required. + Provide regular updates in purchasing when there is no buyer. + Identifying process and system improvement opportunities for Purchasing process. **Who You Are:** You focus on priorities and set stretch goals. You act with a clear sense of ownership. You define overall goals and objectives.
