For this role, The individual will need to float between multiple facets of supply chain with a focus on IT procurement. The ideal candidate will have experience with broad INDIRECT supply chain, contracting, buying experience. This position will be placing orders and negotiating high value contracts, specifically within the IT/software category.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Responsibilities:

Leading cross functional teams through complex negotiationsAnalyzing, negotiating and redlining indirect agreementsDriving value-add outcomes for the business in all purchasesPlacing POs and complex subcontract orders for Direct & Indirect IT Purchase OrdersWorking with various categories of spend as neededUnderstand Total Cost of OwnershipDevelop Sourcing Strategies & understanding the license models​

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 10 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationProcurement experienceExcel, Word & Power Point(intermediate to Expert)2 or more years IT Procurement & Sourcing experience requiredContract negotiation skills.  FAR/DFAR Regulations

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience in CostPoint or other ERPsCPIM, CPM or other professional certifications Experience with Source-to-Pay tools (Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, etc.)Indirect/Direct contracting experienceSoftware/IT contracting and purchasing experienceFinance/Accounting - Pricing & Cost Modeling Analysis ExerciseFamiliarity with SAAS/ PAAS/ Terms & Conditions NegotiationIT/software contracting experienceExperience in indirect SCM positionsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering
